Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the software development sector. Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and business process modeling is essential, as are strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, project management practices, and documentation/tracking tools like JIRA and Confluence is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are also necessary. Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst will lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and facilitating communication between IT teams and business stakeholders. They will utilize analytical skills to identify issues, recommend solutions, and outline prospective changes to business processes, developing detailed business use cases and functional specifications. This role involves collaborating with project managers on project scope, goals, and deliverables, designing and implementing new business processes, and assisting in the testing and validation of solutions. Maintaining comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle is also a key responsibility.
