This position is for a professional with experience working on "batch" consumer-related credit bureau projects involving prescreening, account review, and archive-related products and processes. Responsibilities will include assessing client requirements, consulting industry best practices, offering creative solutions, and positioning company products and solutions. You will also be the primary technical liaison for the client, applying advanced skills in your area of specialization to solve many difficult problems, and identifying project or process efficiencies. As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Consultancy.
You will create programs from initial high-level concept review through implementation, including phases such as planning, business analysis, requirements definition, design, and implementation. You will also ensure that each project's completion follows FCRA laws and regulations and company business and compliance rules.
To succeed, you must build partnerships across multiple departments to configure solutions that grow client engagement and promote internal cooperation. You can work with multiple levels of management and resolve conflict by building agreement through thoughtful discussions with leadership.
