Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and execute strategies for one or more brands with clearly defined objectives (often at site, country or cluster level)
  • Guide the vision and strategy behind a brand by developing marketing plans and driving innovation
  • Work across functions to identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights
  • Execute marketing tactics to grow the brand profitably
  • Focus on winning with consumers' preferences in learning about the product, choosing to buy the product, and using the product at home
  • Collaborate and network effectively within immediate team or work domain
  • Develop knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements
  • Maintain awareness of relevant stewardship requirements and act accordingly
