At least 5 years of experience in brand design or art direction, with strong expertise in multidisciplinary projects (print, digital, video)
Portfolio demonstrating ability to produce high-quality creations that enhance and elevate a brand experience
Strong interest in the tech universe (B2B/B2C) and its branding challenges
Passionate about design and new trends, with constant creative monitoring to fuel inspiration
Excellent communication skills, able to present and defend creative choices with pedagogy and conviction
Perfect mastery of French and English, both written and oral

Responsibilities

Contribute actively to the brand vision and lead creative projects autonomously from conception to final execution
Imagine, design, and produce impactful creative concepts and content (visuals, videos, etc.) for all touchpoints (marketing, product, social media, internal communication...) across all markets
Collaborate closely with Product Designers to ensure perfect visual coherence between the product and communication, as well as with all internal teams (Growth, Product Marketing, People, etc.)
Ensure creative excellence and brand consistency across all media. Propose and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and impact
Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally. Mentor and support team designers to stimulate their creativity and skill development
