Requirements

Candidates should possess expert knowledge of Creative Cloud Applications including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with strong experience in Figma. Experience in creating sales pitch decks, leading projects from ideation to execution, and utilizing AI design techniques and tools such as Firefly, MidJourney, Leonardo, and Dall-e are required. Familiarity with print and artwork set-up, the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, and experience acting as a brand guardian are also necessary. A positive, curious attitude and the ability to receive and act on feedback are essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Brand Designer will collaborate with Product Design to enhance the Student Beans App for voucher and code discovery and redemption. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing for major brand activations, such as van wraps, stalls, merchandise, micro-sites, and digital experiences. The role involves creating pack designs, decks, and pitches to support sales teams in acquiring and retaining brands. Additionally, the designer will create content for social media and CRM, including paid social ads, social stories, emails, and newsletter banners. This position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill briefs, incorporate feedback, and execute brand designs.
