Responsibilities

  • Lead creative strategy and execution for retail design and brand activations that connect Nike with consumers in meaningful ways
  • Collaborate across teams and agencies to deliver culturally relevant, innovative experiences that elevate the brand
  • Drive creative strategy and execution for seasonal retail, live events, activations, and pop-ups
  • Translate global brand standards into locally relevant experiences with cultural nuance
  • Develop 2D and 3D presentation materials to communicate concepts to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Partner with Store Development, Retail Brand, Brand Design, Digital, and Comms teams to ensure feasibility and excellence
  • Drive design innovation through exploration of materiality, spatial design, proportion, and consumer journey
  • Champion immersive storytelling by integrating physical and digital touchpoints
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and architectural firms to bring concepts to life
  • Foster a culture of bold thinking, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Stay ahead of design trends and consumer behaviours to inform future strategies
