Responsibilities

Operatives Booking eines Portfolios aus bestehenden Acts und Entwicklung eines eigenen Rosters
Co-Booking und Unterstützung bei bestehenden AAA-Acts in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Gründer
Planung und Umsetzung von Tourneen, Festivals und Einzelshows in enger Abstimmung mit Managements und Artists
Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Erstellung von Tourkalkulationen und Abrechnungen
Budgetverantwortung für eigene Projekte und Erstellung regelmäßiger Budgets und Forecasts
Mitentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer übergreifenden Booking-Strategie
Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Branchenkontakten (Veranstalter*innen, Venues, Festivals, Managements)
Analyse aktueller Markttrends und Identifizierung neuer Chancen für unsere Artists
Mentoring und Unterstützung von Junior Booker*innen
