Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of contracting and billing functions, with the ability to own and transform processes for control and efficiency. Responsibilities

The Senior Billing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing controls and processes for contracting and billing, acting as the senior reviewer of sales contracts from signature to billing. This role involves coordinating with billing and contract teams, setting up new contracts and customers in billing systems, executing manual and automated billing processes, identifying and correcting billing errors, ensuring audit-ready documentation, preparing reconciliations, and identifying contract terms that present process and revenue recognition challenges. The specialist will also collaborate on solutions, propose changes for evolving business needs, and execute initiatives to build, improve, or scale processes through automation and data leverage.
