Responsibilities

  • Healthcare Projects Implementation: Manage the rollout of healthcare projects, ensuring timeline planning and execution
  • Health plan management: Evaluate and control the registration of the benefits database in relation to the payroll and provision healthcare to accounting
  • Data Quality and Insights: Make sure benefit’s data is accurate and bring insights through data analysis
  • Interact with the vendors: Analyze and apply the auditable regulations from regulatory agency to the benefits plan and ensure compliance and quality of services provided
  • Primary Care Strategy: Strategically manage health programs and actions, monitor and control engagement indicators in Primary Care, promoting continuous improvements
  • Primary Care’s Communication: Develop and implement proactive communication plans to promote the available benefits and health programs
  • Benefits’ Communication: Ensure the best engagement and ensure employees have a clear view of their benefits, how to use it and their responsibilities of appropriated usage
  • Executive Presentations: Creation of benefits’ presentations to stakeholders
