Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of backend QA engineering experience, including full cycle testing from designing manual tests to developing and executing scripts. Strong experience with UNIX/Linux and proficiency in Python and Bash scripting are essential. Experience testing backend services such as APIs, Databases, and distributed services is required, along with clear, logical communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

The Senior Automation QA Engineer will work closely with team members to develop, test, and deliver high-quality software products. Responsibilities include designing and developing scripted Python tests for integration test scenarios, preparing integration test scenarios for unreleased features, and integrating them into CI. The role also involves hands-on investigation to find root causes, communicating findings efficiently, identifying and prioritizing deficiencies in existing integration test scripts, and implementing improvements. Enhancing the existing integration framework to support improved automation and reporting is also a key duty.
