About the Team

The Care Operations team is a centralized center of excellence focused on managing all workforce management needs across business lines that support customers and professionals, such as Pro Support and Homeowner Support. This dynamic team ensures the company's ability to efficiently and seamlessly support service for customers and professionals by overseeing a vast network of global Business Process Optimization (BPO) agents. The team also serves as a direct liaison between operational business lines and the broader finance organization, ensuring transparency and accuracy in operational expenditures and resource allocation, and providing essential insights and management for our distributed workforce.

What You'll Do

The Care Senior Strategy Associate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of service to various subsets of Angi customers and professionals. This role offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to make a significant contribution across strategy, operations, and Care. A successful candidate will assist with planning and executing critical activities such as:

• Data analysis and reporting
• Budgeting
• Business forecasting
• Financial modeling
• Improving the end-to-end experience for customers and professionals

Key responsibilities include:

• Building reports and presentations to support critical business decisions related to inbound and outbound forecasting and cost.
• Developing a deep understanding of Care technology and tools to optimize their value and ensure they enable the Care organization to meet KPIs.
• Leveraging the Care cost structure and allocation methods to maximize the Care experience within financial constraints.
• Executing the yearly budgeting process and ensuring alignment with the Finance organization on forecasting and actual reconciliation on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Continuously evaluating current financial and headcount forecasting mechanisms, proposing changes, and implementing best practices.
• Building and maintaining Excel models that optimize cost, wait times, and other critical metrics, enabling hiring and skilling decisions across all Angi Customer and Pro support lines.

Who You Are

• 2-3 years of professional experience in an analytical role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with great attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial modeling experience.
• A problem-solving mindset with an eagerness to learn and take ownership of complex projects.
• Ability to explain information in a simple, digestible way to various audiences.
• Interest in working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven by data and analytics to deliver impactful solutions.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Looker, SQL, or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms like Salesforce.
