Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial modeling experience, is essential. A problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn, ability to explain complex information simply, and an interest in a fast-paced environment are highly valued. Experience with Looker, SQL, or other data visualization tools, as well as familiarity with SaaS platforms like Salesforce, are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

This role involves overseeing the delivery of service to various customer and pro subsets, contributing to strategy and operations within the Care team. Responsibilities include building reports and presentations for business decisions related to forecasting and cost, optimizing Care technology and tools to meet KPIs, and leveraging cost structures to maximize customer experience within financial constraints. The associate will execute the yearly budgeting process, align with Finance on forecasting and reconciliation, evaluate and improve financial and headcount forecasting mechanisms, and build Excel models to optimize cost, wait times, and other critical metrics for hiring and skilling decisions.
