Responsibilities

The Senior Associate I, Sales will proactively develop new shipper relationships from target groups, including e-commerce, brands, platforms, and freight forwarders. They will implement shipper development and sales administrative tasks as needed, while maintaining existing shipper relationships to ensure continuous shipping with Ninja Van. The role involves collaborating with the Customer Experience team to onboard new shippers and monitor their shipping frequency and volume against revenue targets, as well as identifying opportunities to introduce new products and services to strengthen long-term relationships.
