Responsibilities

  • Lead data and process excellence across reduction in force (RIF) events, outplacement services, and severance processing and operations
  • Leverage problem solving and communication skills to create a seamless experience for associates exiting the organization, ensure compliance with legal obligations, and manage risk through accurate data management and well-managed process execution
  • Establish Business As Usual (BAU) data for Lines of Businesses/Business Areas concerning RIF and outplacement events
  • Provide data inputs to outplacement vendors and eHR partner groups
  • Monitor metrics to identify areas requiring process improvements
  • Data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvements
  • Project or process coordination and activity monitoring/auditing
  • Partner with outplacement vendors to ensure data accuracy
  • Other miscellaneous tasks including deck writing, communications, and answering stakeholder questions regarding processes or systems
  • Create monthly business reviews and regular client reporting
  • Leverage HR data systems such as Workday, Salesforce, and People Data Hub to support the CTSC
  • Interact with partner groups, stakeholders, and HRBPs to keep all informed, well-managed, and consistent in their processes
