Requirements

Expert in accounts payable with exposure to all sub-processes (Invoice Processing, Month end closures, vendor reconciliation, etc.)
Ability to reconcile payments received from various payment gateways
Ability to reconcile and follow up on COD amounts collectable from logistic companies on a daily basis

Responsibilities

Oversee the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Handle Supplier/dropshipper pay-outs on a regular basis
Review system generated reports and manual calculations, ensuring right pay-outs are processed on a timely basis
Review and analysis of various types of payments
Undertake various analysis and reconciliation of different types of payments on a regular basis
Internal coordination with business teams and understanding their requirements
Work with data science team and IT team on providing data level requirements and identification and communication of issues
