Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality support for Unit4 ERP Core, particularly in finance and accounting
Troubleshoot and analyze both technical and functional issues, including investigating, handling, and documenting application cases
Collaborate with developers, consultants, and product owners to improve system functionality
Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
Participate in improvement initiatives and customer dialogues
