  • Advanced SQL proficiency for data transformation and analysis
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines (e.g., dbt, Snowflake)
  • Expertise in BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Mixpanel
  • Experience analyzing user funnels, cohorts, retention, and product usage
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimental design
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
  • Background in operations-heavy or healthcare platforms a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain key product metrics, proactively identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and operational efficiency
  • Analyze user behavior to generate insights that shape product strategy and roadmap priorities
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define, measure, and monitor success metrics for new features and initiatives
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests to assess impact and evaluate rollouts
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to make data accessible and actionable across the organization
  • Develop and maintain canonical data assets with reliable ETL/ELT pipelines using modern data warehousing tools and practices
  • Champion data integrity, standardization, and reusability of data products across the company, including clear definitions and robust documentation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of data-informed decision-making
