Requirements

4+ years of experience as an Analytics or Data Engineer
1+ years experience and expertise in SQL
Proficient in Python
Hands-on experience delivering scalable data solutions using modern data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift)
Strong understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas, data marts, dimensional modeling)
Experience building and monitoring CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
Excellent communication skills
Strong sense of ownership
Passionate about analytics use cases, data models and solving complex data problems
Experience with data governance, access control, and cost optimization strategies
Understanding of telemetry data from IoT or robotics systems

Responsibilities

Define the processes and ETL/ELT infrastructure to transform and make data readily available across the company
Build and manage core datasets as unique sources of truth for product, operations and business functions
Partner with data analysts and other internal stakeholders to design, build and monitor pipelines
Implement automated workflows to lower manual/operational cost for stakeholders
Contribute to Serve’s goal of data democratization and self-service analytics
Develop and enforce data quality monitoring systems
Develop and maintain batch, real-time and near-real-time data pipelines supporting fleet performance and robot telemetry
