Responsibilities

Input, approval, and QA checks on Redemption, Subscription, Dividend, Commission, and Rebate payments against strict currency deadlines
Answer queries in line with department procedures
Manage and complete work queue within relevant deadlines
Attend and participate in team huddles and team meetings
Support team in monitoring mailboxes to ensure queries are completed within service level agreements
Support improvement of quality through procedural reviews and enhancements
Fulfil additional relevant tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements
Participate in client visit meetings as required
Maintain close working relationships with other TA areas (e.g., Dealing, Registration) and external stakeholders
Play an active role in department audits
Ensure adherence to all Northern Trust policies, procedures, and controls
Adhere to Client Service Level Agreements (SLDs)
Support and participate in project-related work as required
Assist with onboarding new partners, acting as a buddy/mentor for on-the-job training
Oversight and Quality Assurance of external and internal cash payments adhering to strict deadlines
Ensure client service standards and regulatory requirements are met
Work with partners in different jurisdictions and Team Leaders to support the team daily
Develop on-the-job skills to enhance department performance
