Responsibilities

  • Build financial models in Excel and use data to make recommendations on the best path forward
  • Understand and communicate downstream business impacts from financial models to various organizational levels
  • Validate complex financial models to ensure inputs align with business KPIs and capabilities
  • Provide inputs into pricing exercises, gathering and adjusting data from multiple sources as directed
  • Create compelling materials and commentary for presentations explaining financial findings, business cases, and monthly results/priorities
  • Monitor and explain changes in program KPIs, collaborating cross-functionally to identify root causes and articulate resolutions
  • Understand financial impacts of KPI movements to prioritize work and conduct research on trends
  • Understand and document supply chain processes and guiding principles to identify gaps, standardization opportunities, and savings initiatives
  • Serve as an inspector in forums (e.g., WPM, initiative meetings), asking critical questions about metric impacts
  • Coordinate information flow and assimilate data for weekly/monthly dashboards and presentations with supply chain and finance teams
  • Speak to program performance and metrics in weekly/monthly forums (e.g., MBR)
  • Act as a key connection between supply chain, finance, and Program Management, communicating changes, trends, and forecast inputs
  • Investigate issues when alerted, identify root causes, and push for sustainable process fixes with the supply chain team
  • Help leaders collect inputs or status updates from project team members
  • Work with leadership to develop project plan timelines, deliverables, and owners
  • Other duties as assigned
