Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Axon’s product offering, roadmap, competitive landscape, and ecosystem constituents
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on potential M&A and investment areas
  • Partner with Axon’s executive leadership to formulate sound theses and prioritize M&A and investment opportunities
  • Drive end-to-end M&A and investment diligence and execution processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Product, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting, Legal, and People Operations
  • Help develop seamless M&A and investment processes into a core competency
  • Create quarterly presentations for Axon’s Board of Directors highlighting Strategy & Corporate Development updates
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and support strategic initiatives
