Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the global analyst relations strategy, ensuring consistent, compelling positioning across major analyst firms
  • Lead high-impact analyst evaluations, managing end-to-end submissions, evidence packages, customer references, and analyst briefings
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with influential analysts, maintaining an always-on cadence of briefings, inquiries, strategy updates, and roadmap discussions
  • Partner with product, product marketing, and executive leadership to align analyst narratives with our technical differentiation, market category, and long-term product vision
  • Drive competitive and category insight programs, synthesizing analyst research to provide actionable recommendations for product strategy, competitive positioning, and GTM alignment
  • Ensure internal readiness for analyst engagements, developing briefing materials, messaging frameworks, customer story packages, and spokesperson preparation
  • Collaborate closely with PR, content, and demand gen teams to amplify analyst mentions, reports, rankings, and key insights across campaigns, web, and GTM motions
  • Monitor industry shifts in data quality, data observability, data governance, and AI observability, proactively identifying opportunities for Monte Carlo to influence category evolution
  • Report on AR impact, developing executive dashboards, insights summaries, and recommendations that guide company strategy
