Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst, Program Finance will monitor program budgets, actual costs, and revenue recognition to ensure financial performance aligns with expectations. They will provide variance analysis on labor, materials, and overhead costs, identifying risks and opportunities. The role involves developing forecasting models for program revenue, expenses, and cash flow, and supporting program managers with financial insights to optimize performance and profitability. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and DCAA audit requirements and assist in cost-plus, fixed-price, and T&M contract analysis. The analyst will prepare monthly program financial reports, develop dashboards for leadership, and conduct financial risk assessments to support business decisions.
