Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations or related Business field and 2 years’ experience in Operations, Data Analysis and/or Project Management OR 4 years' experience in Operations, Data Analysis and/or Project Management
Ability to translate business pain-points into actionable initiatives, backed-up by data-driven metrics
Some experience with Operational best practices and an outstanding ability to both work collaboratively and independently, always ensuring effective communication
Strong background in risk management, data analysis and project management
Proven ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to leverage multiple systems or platforms to solve complex problems
