Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and health care operations experience
  • 4+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, or healthcare analytics
  • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, managed care, and provider contracting, and surveys
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBase) and healthcare databases
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Conducts research, analysis and/or audits to identify issues and propose solutions to protect data, contract integrity, and performance
  • Manages and performs scheduled provider surveys to support Access and Availability analyses
  • Provides technical expertise for questions related to Multi System Youth (MSY) contracting
  • Partners across the organization to support network development and maintenance
  • Performs data analysis to support the network services
  • Responsible for ticket creation in support of issue resolution
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
