Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • 2+ years’ experience manipulating and tracking data, generating reports in Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, large data sets)
  • 1+ years’ analytics experience in supply chain, retail, or healthcare
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with colleagues, management, and external partners
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting, trend analysis, and ad hoc reporting to support team objectives
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for process and system issues
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor performance and execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, store and DC networks to identify solutions and implement process improvements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for field communications and Help Desk escalations
  • Maintain daily/weekly tasks related to reverse redistribution initiative programs scaled to chain
  • Monitor metrics to identify trends, recommend solutions, and improve execution rates for return processes
