Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
  • Working knowledge of Capex planning and accounting, especially for technology and infrastructure investments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally and present to senior leadership
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support financial planning and analysis process, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans by collaborating with business partners
  • Validate control design and effectiveness, recommending remediation plans to maintain a strong control environment
  • Analyze key trends, identify risks and opportunities, and make recommendations to support financial targets
  • Lead projects and provide insights into operational performance
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX and FCPA, working with local and global teams
  • Develop and implement process improvements, streamline financial analysis procedures, and maintain documentation on current processes
  • Provide technical expertise, guidance, and training to indirect reports and other teams, fostering collaboration and associate engagement
  • Manage business performance, ensure financial integrity, and support strategic initiatives
