Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs, conducting thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Research and document processes and connect the dots between business and technical worlds to enable automation development at scale
Create detailed documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, process/data flows, and user stories
Partner with IT, BI development, and Automation/Analytics team members to define requirements and ensure a seamless integration of processes with business workflows
Engage proactively with stakeholders to align business objectives with proposed solutions
Play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation
Coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce desired results
Develop the Business Requirement Document which includes a project's scope and objective, and a detailed project plan
Lead stakeholders and internal resources through project milestones through to a successful product delivery
Anticipate and mitigate risks to the project’s success or on time completion
Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends relevant to business analysis
Actively contribute ideas and insights to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team
