Requirements

Candidates should possess a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in ML/AI engineering, with a minimum of 2 years focused on transformer models. Strong knowledge of LLM architectures, agent frameworks, and GenAI standards is expected.

Responsibilities

The Senior AI/ML Engineer will design and implement agent behavior logic, develop and refine LLM-driven agents using techniques like prompt engineering and RAG, understand and model domain knowledge for agents, apply traditional ML modeling techniques, contribute to data engineering pipelines, build modular AI components, integrate them with APIs and pipelines, collaborate on multi-agent workflows, translate prototypes into production services, and work with frontend developers on agent experiences. They will also stay up-to-date on trends in the field.
