AI Solutions Architect Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI software development and deployment. As part of the Solutions Architect organization, you will work with cutting-edge computing hardware and software, driving breakthroughs in deep learning and AI alongside NVIDIA's key customers. What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and demonstrate software solutions utilizing NVIDIA's groundbreaking AI software and hardware technologies for customers.
  • Build and optimize Generative AI model pipelines, performing in-depth analysis to ensure peak performance on current and next-generation GPU architectures.
  • Develop and debug software for NVIDIA and open-source AI frameworks and libraries.
  • Lead and develop Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) for software solutions tailored to Consumer Internet industry use-cases, including NLP/LLM, retrieval, and recommender systems, by collaborating closely with customer AI developers.
  • Create collateral, such as notebooks and code, for PoCs.
  • Partner with the business development team to manage technical relationships and enable customers in building innovative solutions based on NVIDIA technologies.
  • Collaborate with NVIDIA software engineering, product, and sales teams to secure design wins at customer sites.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of NVIDIA product features through customer feedback and PoC evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as an AI/Software Engineer with a proven track record in Python and/or C++ development, utilizing popular AI software libraries and GPUs.
  • Experience with Generative AI applications, including LLM training/fine-tuning, inference optimization, and/or RAG pipelines.
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and code through platforms like GitHub and documentation.
  • A strong team player who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering/Research, Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with strong technical presentation abilities.
  • A self-starter with a passion for growth, a drive for continuous learning, and a willingness to share findings across the team.

Ways to Stand Out

  • Experience working with enterprise developers and strong customer-facing skills.
  • Experience with large-scale production data pipelines and AI model training/deployment.
  • Knowledge of MLOps technologies such as containers, Kubernetes, and data center deployments.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities for debugging complex issues.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $148,000 - $235,750 USD. Your specific base salary will be determined by your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
  • Eligibility: You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
