Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, project management, or communications operations
  • Strong English writing and editing skills, with attention to tone, clarity, and consistency
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Canva, Trello, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Copilot/GenAI tools, and Poppulo is preferred
  • Basic video and audio editing skills are preferred (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Audacity, or similar)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsibilities

  • Manage intake and tracking of communications requests using Trello, ensuring timely assignment and delivery
  • Draft first versions of internal and external communications assets (emails, intranet posts, banners, press releases) based on approved messaging frameworks and playbooks
  • Support C-suite and senior leadership communications, including formatting and distributing emails via Poppulo
  • Maintain and update internal SharePoint sites, including layout design, content organization, and branding alignment
  • Coordinate Town Hall logistics, including calendar invites, live stream setup, recordings, and post-event communications
  • Design branded digital assets such as graphics, banner ads, and templates using Canva and other tools
  • Edit and produce short-form videos and podcasts to support internal campaigns and leadership messaging
  • Assist in the production and formatting of weekly global internal newsletters
  • Operate within defined SLAs to ensure communications projects and deliverables are completed on time and to specification
  • Track progress of communications workflows, flag risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain editorial calendars and distribution lists to support global communications planning
  • Collect and analyze performance metrics across internal channels (email, intranet, video)
  • Produce monthly engagement reports and collaborate with leadership to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven insights
