Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, and ideally, a CPA certification. Strong proficiency in accounting principles and practices is essential, as is experience with month-end close processes and general ledger accounting.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Accountant, you will own key areas of the general ledger monthly close process, including recording transactions, booking cash entries, performing bank reconciliations, preparing prepaids reconciliation, fixed assets, reconciling expense report payments, Netsuite payments, and identifying key drivers for monthly flux analysis. You will also assist with audits, including preparation of PBCs and sample support, and contribute to the development, documentation, and maintenance of corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls for Webflow, while working closely with Finance, Procurement, IT, and HR to support Webflow’s growth and success.
