Senior Accountant

Candidates should possess 4+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a CPA preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with stock-based compensation accounting (ASC 718) is highly desirable, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with NetSuite.
The Senior Accountant will maintain and reconcile the company’s capitalization table in coordination with Legal and Finance teams, assist with Board of Directors reporting, prepare stock-based compensation entries for financial close, handle month-end close accruals for various expenses, support external audits by preparing schedules and documentation, and assist with correspondences, payments, and ad hoc projects with the tax team.
