Requirements

Proven experience in a senior accounting role, ideally within a complex, multi-entity environment
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Expertise in financial systems (e.g., SUN, PAW, TM1) and a passion for continuous improvement
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent) preferred

Responsibilities

Lead month-end processes, revenue recognition reviews, and financial reporting
Deliver insightful analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders across APAC and globally
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, aged debt reviews, and general ledger integrity
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support strategic planning
Support internal and external audits, including trust account compliance and year-end reporting
Champion system optimisation and process improvements
Supervise, mentor, and develop direct reports to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative team environment
