Responsibilities

  • Koordinierung digitaler Kampagnen für dm-drogerie markt mit Fokus auf Eigenmarken und Employer Branding im Performance Marketing
  • Direkte Ansprechpartner:in für den Kunden, inhaltliche Durchdringung der Projekte und kompetente Beratung
  • Verantwortung für operative Projektbetreuung inklusive Erstellung von Rebriefings, Projektplänen, Timings, Kostenkalkulationen und Angeboten
  • Souveränes Vorbereiten und Leiten von Status-, Kick-Off- und Review-Terminen intern und extern
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Kundenpräsentationen und Workshops mit aktivem, mehrwertstiftendem Beitrag
  • Selbstständige Planung und Steuerung von Ressourcen sowie Budgets mit Sicherstellung von Qualität und Timing
  • Teil eines interdisziplinären Projektteams (Design, Creative Concept, UX, Development, Kunde) zur erfolgreichen Projektabwicklung
  • Schnittstelle zu externen Stakeholdern (Partneragenturen etc.) und enge Zusammenarbeit mit ihnen
  • Als Senior: Fachliche Leitung von Kolleg:innen auf Junior- und Medior-Level, zuverlässige Sparringspartner:in und Impulsgeber:in
