Requirements

Demonstrated history in a previous B2B SaaS sales role
Proven experience managing and closing complex software sales within the German Public Sector
Expertise in negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions for complex, multi-year sales agreements
Articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communication skills to convey complex concepts in an approachable and concise way
Track record in both new business development, delivering accurate sales forecasts, and strategic & tactical account development
Passion to deliver on the Chainalysis mission to build trust in Blockchains
Willingness to travel within the region for identifying and building sales growth
Fluent in both German and English
Nice to have: Experience with Financial Intelligence, Investigations, Cyber Security, and/or Blockchain technologies

Responsibilities

Establish trust and build strong relationships with Law Enforcement and Central Government stakeholders, significantly growing presence in Germany through a well-executed strategic sales plan
Evangelise Chainalysis solutions in a compelling yet approachable way
Help develop compelling product positioning and messaging specific to market trends, competitive drivers, region-specific sales channels, and more
Work closely with Customer Success, PreSales, and Marketing teams to lead conversations within customer base to achieve sales goals
Demonstrate exceptional expertise in sales forecasting, ensuring precise and reliable predictions to drive informed decision-making and maximize business growth
Consistently use data from sales figures, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to meet and exceed sales goals
Meet or exceed sales quota, deliver accurate forecasts, and drive significant account growth in Germany
