Candidates must be a native-level German speaker with fluent English, possess 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales or strategic account management, and demonstrate a consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas. They should have experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders in large organizations, along with practical knowledge of solution selling frameworks like MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
The Senior Account Executive will own and grow a portfolio of named accounts within the Corporate segment across the DACH region, driving net new revenue and improving customer retention by identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities. They will build and execute strategic account plans, prioritize engagement with key business stakeholders including the C-Suite, lead opportunity qualification and pipeline execution using methodologies like MEDDICC, coordinate internal and external resources, maintain a rigorous forecast process, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers ensuring Adobe’s value is clearly communicated and realized.
