As the Semantic Modeling Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the semantic layer within Workday’s data stack, bridging the gap between technical data and business users. You will lead the effort to define and maintain the organization’s semantic model, ensuring data consistency and accuracy, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and translate them into effective semantic representations.
