Requirements

10+ years full lifecycle experience leading systems engineering and integration/test on major aerospace programs
Strong technical leadership and systems architecture expertise
Proven leadership in complex test environments
Proven leadership in design, analysis, and verification on a major aerospace program
Ability to scale analytical rigor to match program maturity and risk
Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and coordinate across hardware and software boundaries
Demonstrated expertise with DOORS, SysML, JAMA, and other Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred)
U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret clearance
Located near Denver or Colorado Springs (hybrid with some on-site work required)

Responsibilities

Lead systems engineering, integration, and test (SEIT) for the missile defense program
Define system architecture, interfaces, and verification/validation plans
Drive integration readiness and ensure end-to-end system traceability
Drive system-level trades, test planning, and performance assessment
