Requirements
- 10+ years full lifecycle experience leading systems engineering and integration/test on major aerospace programs
- Strong technical leadership and systems architecture expertise
- Proven leadership in complex test environments
- Proven leadership in design, analysis, and verification on a major aerospace program
- Ability to scale analytical rigor to match program maturity and risk
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and coordinate across hardware and software boundaries
- Demonstrated expertise with DOORS, SysML, JAMA, and other Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred)
- U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret clearance
- Located near Denver or Colorado Springs (hybrid with some on-site work required)
Responsibilities
- Lead systems engineering, integration, and test (SEIT) for the missile defense program
- Define system architecture, interfaces, and verification/validation plans
- Drive integration readiness and ensure end-to-end system traceability
- Drive system-level trades, test planning, and performance assessment
