Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Systems Administrators and Systems Engineers who install, program, maintain, and troubleshoot physical security systems
  • Identify and implement training for team members
  • Identify and obtain systems certifications, as necessary
  • Manage large-scale systems installation projects to include budgeting
  • Collaborate with Facilities and Workplace teams on system design and delivery in support of new-build projects
  • Collaborate with IT for system design, installation, and troubleshooting to include network and power requirements
  • Manage third-party installation and maintenance vendors
  • Develop and implement processes for maximizing system up-time and minimizing business disruptions
  • Track and reduce nuisance alarms
  • Enable cutting-edge systems to optimize investigations and enable proactive detection and alerts
