Responsibilities

  • Assist the Security Events & Logistics Manager in leading the events Security staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Extensive travel (up to 70% of duties involving off-site work)
  • Help maintain and update the Security team's show schedule
  • Lead high-value transports to/from the Jersey City, NJ office
  • Assist in processing documentation for project commitments
  • Support administrative deliverables such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, tracking project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Assist in creating, reviewing, editing, and formatting documentation and presentation materials
  • Help maintain detailed records of cost expenditures
  • Aid in training members of the show Security Team
  • Organize, inventory, and distribute necessary Security event equipment
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements at local trade shows
  • Contribute to the Security team's efforts by accomplishing related duties as assigned
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting Collectors standards in customer service
