Security Events and incidents, including log sources, SIEM integrations, playbooks, runbooks, policies
Vulnerability detection (Pentesting, scanning, red team, etc)
Vulnerability Management
Strong knowledge of the diverse methods and technologies used to attack web/mobile/desktop applications, SaaS infrastructure, and data
Think critically, work well under pressure, and possess strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated track record of strong decision-making in process design and technical architecture
Strongly self-motivated with an aptitude for both individual and team-oriented work

Design, implement, and enhance operational security processes for RingCentral’s global cloud service, corporate and development environments, including technical and human processes for security infrastructure, security automation, vulnerability and patch management, event management, incident management, and identity and access management
Work collaboratively with other highly technical subject matter experts to develop custom solutions that align with RingCentral’s specific tools, technologies, and practices
Analyze and advise security leadership about RingCentral’s evolving corporate IT and production networks
Lead Projects that discover and address gaps between RingCentral’s current security practices and desired state
Measurably increase efficiency of RingCentral’s global security program by redesigning, refining, and automating human processes
