Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle the physical demands of the role and static/foot patrol responsibilities

Ability to engage with a variety of individuals while maintaining a professional and respectful interaction

Responsibilities

Provide access control operations, including verifying proper ID and credentials (standing post)
Watch for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site
Liaise with first responder personnel if and when there is an emergency
Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits
Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property
Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
Provide assistance to employees and create a safe and friendly environment for visitors and clients in a professional manner
Compile detailed notes of incidents and contribute to incident reports
