Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ
Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ (Must Have skill)
Strong understanding of identity governance and administration
Experience with access management and compliance reporting
Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices
Ability to analyze and resolve complex IAM issues
Proven expertise with BeanShell, PowerShell, Java, XML, SQL, LDAP, REST APIs, and SCIM
Extensive experience with Service Standard Build (SSB) processes for SailPoint customizations
Solid understanding of IAM best practices, implementation methodologies, and industry standards
Hands-on experience working with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and other data sources

Responsibilities

Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets business requirements and performance goals
Document the implementation of cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Lead the design, development, and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
Spearhead the integration of applications into SailPoint IdentityIQ, developing custom connectors, integrations, reports, and rules
Conduct thorough code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to guarantee high-quality deliverables
Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and operation
Proactively troubleshoot and support existing applications integrated within SailPoint IdentityIQ
Collaborate effectively with operations teams, developers, and application owners on requirements gathering, design, and ongoing support
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and promote automation within the IAM domain
Build custom plugins for IdentityIQ and implement complex customizations in areas like segregation of duties and infrastructure asset integration
Oversee the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects
Coordinate with various teams, ensure projects are on track, and leverage global delivery capabilities to enhance service quality
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
Mentor team members to foster a collaborative environment
Adapt to changing project requirements and maintain focus on delivering exceptional security services to clients
