Candidates should possess experience in administrative or secretarial roles, preferably within a healthcare or human services setting, and demonstrate a working knowledge of HCBS programs and eVero software. Strong organizational and time management skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication abilities and the capacity to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
The Secretary will manage and maintain electronic and physical records for HCBS participants using eVero, schedule and coordinate appointments, service plans, and staff documentation, monitor deadlines for assessments and plan renewals, assist with preparing reports and documentation for audits or state reviews, communicate with care coordinators, staff, and family members as needed, answer phones, respond to emails, and manage general administrative inquiries, and support billing and timesheet verification through eVero as required.
