Candidates must reside in AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI and have at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center. Strong computer skills, including Google Docs and Sheets, and experience with CRM software and contact management tools are required.
The Quality Specialist will conduct daily assessments of customer service contacts (phone, email, chat), evaluate performance against a quality rubric, and provide constructive feedback to agents and supervisors. They will also serve as a subject matter expert on customer service standards, escalate significant quality gaps, contribute to resource development, and advocate for a high-quality customer experience.
