Responsibilities

Stock, set, and sell Target products
Provide service to guests that exceeds expectations
Work efficiently and as a team in a busy environment to make guests feel welcomed, inspired, and rewarded
Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor (as a Seasonal General Merchandise Expert or similar role)
Support guest service fundamentals and a guest-first culture across the store (as a Seasonal Inbound Expert or similar overnight stocking role)
