Responsibilities

Stock, set, and sell Target products
Provide service to guests that exceeds expectations
Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor (for applicable roles)
Support guest service fundamentals and a guest-first culture
Manage inventory and improve process efficiency
