  • Ability to accurately record time worked and maintain inventory to minimize shrink/control expenses

Responsibilities

  • Represent Sur La Table’s brand by creating memorable, educational experiences to inspire repeat visits and loyalty
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience by leading a Guest Obsessed culture in kitchen and retail areas
  • Assist chefs with class execution to drive repeat visits, positive feedback, high enrollment, reviews, and guest return rates
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals (measured by sales volume, average transaction value, conversion rates)
  • Assist in class setup/breakdown: organize mise en place, prep ingredients, clean workstations
  • Clean and sanitize dishes/equipment promptly for smooth operations
  • Restock, organize, and maintain kitchen supplies/tools for store readiness
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, handle tools/ingredients/equipment safely
  • Maintain accurate inventory, minimize shrink, control expenses
  • Handle liquor/wine/beer per regulations and policies, enforce age restrictions
  • Ensure store safety/cleanliness, address maintenance needs
  • Model adherence to all policies/SOPs
