Requirements

Ability to work full-time shifts, including mornings or afternoons, with occasional overtime, holidays, and weekends
Forklift operation skills, including safe and efficient use of forklift and material handling equipment
Ability to conduct pre-driving inspections on forklift
Knowledge of FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory method
Ability to use handheld scanner for inventory transfer with high accuracy
Physical ability to perform general warehouse and production duties (loading, unloading, sorting, moving products, producing products, fill/pour/press/pack/label)

Responsibilities

Practice safe work and identify unsafe situations to appropriate individuals
Operate forklift and material handling equipment safely and efficiently, conducting pre-driving inspections
Transport materials in accordance with set standards
Log issues with forklift and report to supervisors
Identify and report faulty or damaged racking immediately to supervisors
Perform water maintenance on forklift when required
Load and unload trucks using forklifts or material handling equipment when required
Deliver materials to appropriate locations
Ensure all materials and skids have correct labels and information
Perform shipping duties, including building and wrapping pallets, stocking raw materials
Retrieve and deliver materials and moulds for production, ensuring appropriate and accurate labelling
Use handheld scanner to transfer inventory efficiently with high accuracy
Stock and replenish shelves, racks, cases, and bins using FIFO method
Perform general warehouse physical activities (loading, unloading, sorting, moving products and materials)
Perform general production duties (producing high quality Lush products, fill/pour/press/pack/label)
