Requirements

Responsibilities

The Seasonal Designer will provide outstanding customer service by incorporating customer requests, text, and photos into designs, creating polished print-ready proofs, and proofreading customer-entered text. Responsibilities include ensuring photo quality, recoloring and editing images, reviewing fellow designers' work for quality and accuracy, and collaborating with customers via written communication to finalize designs. The role also involves assisting with design-related questions from internal teams, resolving escalated customer orders with design issues, and working directly with customers via email or screen-share as needed to meet service-level standards.
